Projectile Motion Simulator
How it Works
- Enter the initial velocity, launch angle, and gravity. Optionally, you can enter an air resistance coefficient.
- Click "Set Values" to confirm your inputs.
- The simulation will display the trajectory of the projectile.
- Adjust the parameters to see how they affect the range, maximum height, and time of flight.
Physics Concepts
- Projectile Motion: The motion of an object thrown or projected into the air, subject to gravity.
- Initial Velocity: The velocity at which the projectile is launched.
- Launch Angle: The angle at which the projectile is launched, relative to the horizontal.
- Gravity: The force that pulls the projectile downwards.
- Air Resistance: A force that opposes the motion of the projectile through the air.
